There is more administrative work to be done than one usually considers when starting out; artwork inventory upkeep, art practice language development, digital portfolio creation, among many other details. I am here to help set you up towards professionalizing your practice so you can focus on your work and achieve your short & long-term goals.

As an artist myself, I understand that starting an art career usually means limited resources and time. Furthermore, not all artists are the same. Together, we will develop a relationship that goes beyond a checklist and is honed in to your specific needs and artistic ethos. I will be a safe space for you to explore your goals & your artistic statement by making sure that your practice expresses that.

Producing large projects and exhibitions can be a challange for any Artist. If you have a specific up-coming project, I am here to help you develop it. Whether it’s communicating with an art space, figuring out installation, developing texts, or any other extra labour; I can be your supportive hand during this time.

My Process
Anyone offering you guaranteed success is probably not being very honest. Being an Artist is simply hard, So, I am not here to do that. Rather, I am here to give you my many years of experience within the art world and the tools I have acquired to support your specific goals. You are the artist and you define the end game; I am here to support you getting there.
Who are you as an Artist?
My first goal will be to get to know you. Our artwork comes from us and we all have our specific ways of working. We will begin by going over what you have done so far, what you want to do, and what it’s all about for you.
Goals
Having a clear understanding of where you want to get to will be an important part of helping set you up. Once we understand where you want to get to, we will develop short term goals and start building from there.
Working Relationship
Every artist is different. My job is to understand what you do, how you do it, and why so I can better support your career. I believe Art/Work is a professional endeavor but a deeply personal as well. I will do my best to be a supportive partner in this journey.
Safe space
I am not a career coach but I am an artist. So, I get it. Art careers are complicated, difficult, and cannot be projected so clearly as other career paths. I will always offer a safe space to discuss your work and career fears in our work together.
